Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream is the fifth release in the distillery's award-winning A Tale Of series, built to capture the delights of an ice cream parlor in a single malt. Dr. Bill Lumsden and master blender Gillian Macdonald combined Glenmorangie aged in bourbon casks with the distillery's first whisky finished in specially toasted high-vanillin new oak casks, pushing the Tain distillery's sweet, creamy vanilla character to a decadent peak.Bottled at 90 proof in a 700mL bottle, it offers lemon curd and coconut on the nose with an unexpected seaside freshness, then ripe peach, peach melba, lemon sorbet, rich vanilla and milk chocolate on a creamy palate, finishing with almond and cereal. Drinkhacker graded it an A-. Presented in a pastel box that mirrors the swirls and toppings of an ice cream counter, it is a limited edition made for dessert lovers and a playful, memorable gift.Buy Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream Limited Edition Highland Single Malt Scotch online with fast shipping right to your door.
