Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey｜ Other Products

Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey comes from Dingle Distillery on the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, one of the first independent distilleries of Ireland's modern whiskey revival. Triple distilled in small batches and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, it is bottled at 46.3% ABV (92.6 proof) without chill filtration. The nose is malted barley, citrus zest and vanilla. The PX casks bring dried fruit and a gentle sweetness to the palate, balanced by fresh orchard fruit and a peppery malt spice, and the finish is smooth and medium-long. It is a whiskey to sip neat and a good example of what the new Irish distilleries can do.This 700ml bottle is a cornerstone of modern Irish craft whiskey.
