A Moment of Inspiration｜ Other Products ｜Tipperary Boutique Distillery Homegrown Irish Single Malt Whiskey

Tipperary Boutique Distillery Homegrown Irish Single Malt Whiskey is a true farm-to-bottle whiskey. Made at Tipperary Distillery on Ballindoney Farm in County Tipperary, it is triple distilled in Irish copper pot stills from barley grown on the farm's own fields, matured in a traditional farm shed beside the family farmhouse, cut with water from the farm's own source, and bottled at 50% ABV. Each bottle is filled, sealed and labeled by hand by the distillery team. This is the distillery's first batch of homegrown barley whiskey bottled on site, and it tastes of the place: fresh malt and cereal, orchard fruit, honey and vanilla from the oak, with a lively spice and a long finish at this generous strength. A drop of water opens it up.As a small-batch, single-estate release, this 700ml bottle is for collectors of Irish craft whiskey and anyone who values provenance.
