Minimalist｜Highland Park 2003 18 Year Single Cask Series Orkney Single Malt Scotch Whisky｜ Other Products

Highland Park Single Cask Series 18 Year Old, distilled in 2003, is a one-barrel bottling from Scotland's northernmost distillery, founded in 1798 on Orkney, where barley is smoked over the island's heather-rich peat and matured in sherry-seasoned oak. Single cask releases like this are chosen by the distillery's whisky makers for their exceptional character, and each yields only a few hundred bottles.Aged eighteen years in a single cask and bottled at a natural strength of 113.8 proof, it offers rich aromatic spice, gentle peat smoke, dried fruit, honey and heather with a subtle undercurrent of oak on the nose, then a masterfully balanced palate where honey and ripe orchard fruit give way to warm spice, delicate florals and a whisper of coastal sea breeze. The finish is long and elegant with lingering smoke. A true collector's Highland Park and a rare gift for a serious Scotch drinker.Buy Highland Park 2003 18 Year Single Cask Series Orkney Single Malt Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
