ADD A LITTLE A.R. MITCHELL TO YOUR ABODE
Prolific pulp novel artist A.R. Mitchell was renowned for his Western art and illustrations. A cowboy himself, he had a knack for capturing the essence of the lifestyle in a colorful and captivating way. We’ve been fans of his work since childhood, and when it came to concepting the Romance & Rustlers collection, we acquired some of his signature prints for the design archives, which we’re now ready to pass on to y’all. This particular painting is entitled “Bulldogger” is arguably one of A.R. Mitchell’s most famous, depicting that fleeting millisecond in steer-wrangling where both parties are airborne.
All Gicleés are printed on canvas and stretched over a .75" wood frame with wire hanger attached. Sizes are approximate.

Gicleé (pronounced “gee-clay”) is a highly sophisticated inkjet printing process that produces prints that truly capture the feeling of an original painting. Your museum-quality print will arrive beautifully vivid and not show signs of fading or wear for decades. The textured canvas surface has a slightly glossy finish, and many people can't tell it's not an original painting.
A gallery wrap is a classic presentation stretched over an all-wood stretcher bar with an attached wire hanger that can be hung unframed as a stand-alone work of art. The sides will be a continuation of the image. It is a contemporary way to display art without needing a frame. You can take your gicleé to a local frame shop to be traditionally framed for a more dramatic presentation.
