Worth Considering｜Deanston 15 Year Tequila Cask Finish Scotch Whisky｜ Other Products

Deanston 15 Year Old Tequila Cask Finish is one of the boldest experiments in Scotch: an unpeated Highland malt aged thirteen years in traditional oak hogsheads, then finished for two more years in casks that previously held tequila. It comes from the hydro-powered distillery in Doune, a converted 18th-century cotton mill that has been distilling since 1966 and has built a reputation for adventurous cask finishes.Bottled at a hefty 105 proof, it is a true meeting of Highlands and Jalisco: honeyed cereal, graham cracker and golden syrup from the whisky, layered with bright agave, jalapeño and black pepper from the tequila wood, finishing with coconut and white pepper. Drinkhacker graded it a B+ and called it a genuine combination of Scotch and peppery tequila. A limited release for the curious drinker who wants something no other bottle on the shelf can offer.Buy Deanston 15 Year Tequila Cask Finish Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
