What is SCA?SCA stands for Specialty Coffee Association — a global organization that sets the highest quality standards for coffee production, from bean to cup. Coffees are graded on a 100-point scale by certified cuppers, and only those scoring above 80 points are classified as “specialty.”
The Shadow Elite has received an official SCA score of 83 points, confirming its exceptional quality, traceability, and flavor profile.
The Shadow Elite is a single origin, 100% Arabica Yellow Bourbon coffee from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. Carefully selected beans undergo natural processing, resulting in an intense, full-bodied flavor with low acidity and a smooth finish.
