Released in 1974, the album marked the group’s final studio release before their initial split and features fan favourites including “Roll Away the Stone,” “The Golden Age of Rock ‘n’ Roll” and “Marionette.”Following the success of All the Young Dudes, Mott the Hoople became one of the defining British glam rock bands of the early 1970s, influencing generations of artists with their blend of hard rock, theatricality and sharp songwriting.
